Hey there! My name is Calah and I get the honor of managing the City View Venues collective in the heart of downtown Lynchburg. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in event planning and have 5+ years of experience in the wedding and event planning industry. I have worked in catering, wedding coordination, venue management, and marketing and have loved every bit of it. Effective communication, hard work, and intentionality are among the skills I value most in my line of work. The most rewarding part of my job is getting to be such an integral part of the best day of people’s lives. From start to finish, I get the pleasure of working with couples to curate their dream wedding day, and I've had the privilege of getting to meet some amazing individuals in the process. Hello, I'm Ryan Hunter, the owner of Elite Affairs Catering, with over 17 years of experience in the culinary world. Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of creating unique and memorable dining experiences for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large corporate functions and weddings. As the Owner of Elite Affairs, I take pride in working closely with clients to craft custom menus that reflect their vision, using fresh seasonal ingredients to create delicious, visually stunning dishes. Over the years, Ive the opportunity to work alongside some incredible chefs, which has helped me to refine my skills and approach to both flavor and presentation. Whether I'm preparing gourmet hors d'oeuvres or Multi- course plated dinners, my goal is always to exceed expectations and deliver unforgettable experiences for every guest.

As entrepreneurs at heart, we’ve started and run several businesses together. Entering the hospitality industry has always been a dream of ours, so when the opportunity to take over City View Venues came up, we knew we had to go for it!
