Join us on the 8th-floor terrace of the scenic Bank of the James building for an invigorating one-hour yoga session led by local expert, Heather. With over 14 years of experience in the Lynchburg community and more than 500 hours of formal training, Heather brings a unique blend of therapeutic somatic release and functional movement to her classes. This event is designed to help you release stress and build strength, balance, and mobility—all while enjoying a stunning view of the city.
